[Khalid ibn Al waleed] | I am the pillar of Islam! , I am the Companion of the Prophet! , I am the noble warrior, I’m Khalid bin Al Waleed! |

Under supervision of Professor doctor: Ali Mosalam

Abstract
"What an excellent slave of Allah: Khalid Ibn al-Walled, one of the swords of Allah, unleashed against the unbelievers!" [Prophet Muhammad (BPUH)], those great words were said by the prophet regarding a great hero and an amazing leader of the Islamic era , about a man that was a true believer , a man who was always using his mind to judge about what is right and what is wrong .
This is not biographical study of one of the greatest military leaders in the history, this is an honest trial to explain how true leaders were behaving, how the roots of great leadership were planted in rich soil and resulted in an unbeaten conqueror, how a capable man used his good faith in ALLAH, and his unquestionable believing with the Prophet of Allah (BPUH)] to help his people, his nation and the Islamic world later.
It’s said that the perfect leader is one who notices the differences between his followers and carefully address the right efforts in the right time by the right amount - no less no more - to his followers to get the best of them, not to unify his efforts towards his subordinates despite the differences among them.
It’s said that leaders are perceived to be responsible and inspirable, our leader here , was responsible for thousands of soldiers in the battle of war , he was giving them inspirational speeches and advises before and during the battle , he was always wandering around between the lines encouraging this and correcting that , he was always saying “ patience is richness , Failure is deficit , and victory comes with patience “ .
We are talking about a leader who uses survey forces fifteen centuries ago, he was sending survey forces ahead of his army

He never took no for an answer and when he was told he couldn’t do something, he went the extra mile just to prove that wrong. I remember that when I was a child, my father built an orphanage in Kabul. Although he had no architectural experience, he drew the blueprints and when he was told to hire an architect, he refused. Dare I say, the orphanage was a huge success and I am proud of my father?…
