Jupp Class Observation
DURING the week of September 20-23 I have observed that the classroom expectation for Mrs.jupp class is to come in sit down, and wait for instructions. The students must listen to the instructions the first time because Mrs.jupp will not repeat herself. While getting ready for lunch they must clean up and meet Mrs.jupp on the meeting area. They must wait to get dismissed. DURNING one on one time with the teacher the students must rotate around the class in different station and they can't interrupt Mrs.jupp because she is having one on one time with a Student.

The discipline issue that Mrs.jupp takes are first lose a star. Next they would have to sit out at Recess.Another thing they will get taken away from them is a star buck. If

After months of evaluation of the JCPOA I have come to the conclusion that it is a moderately successful agreement. However I do believe that the US has given up far too much in order to obtain the agreement and the current administration focus is more so on “legacy” then long term stability. What I mean is like an policy there are pros and cons, however I feel as if the long terms cons far out way the long term pro’s, the current administration will not be responsible for dealing with the long term cons, and the current administration will be credited for getting this historic and necessary plan put forth into action.…

Mrs. Minor-Walker gained their attention by letting them know that she is happy to see them this morning and hoping that they enjoy the lesson plan that she has ready for them. At this very moment, I observed the body language of all the students and wrote down the actions that stood out to me the most. During the lesson plan lecture, I noticed some students who were passing notes to others, tapping their foot on the ground to indicate that they were bored, some who put their head down to influence sleeping etc. Then, there were the students who sat upright and looked interested in the lesson, ones who raised their hands to ask questions indicating that they want to understand the lesson plan. I observed Mrs. Ball’s 7th grade science class at Helen Tyson Middle School on Thursday November 5, 2015. The classroom had a great climate and was decorated with interesting scientific educational material. She had the desks set up in organized rows with two kids per table. This set up allowed for less interaction between the kids because they were so spaced out, which seemed to keep them on task. The dynamics in the classroom were great. She connected well with each student and was interested in what they had to say. She was very in control of the class and the students seemed to respond well to her. The students interacted pleasantly with one another and were were all very welcoming. They came into class, sat down, and got right to work.…

The behavior clips were moved down to the color red, in which meant that students were behaving badly and their parents were going to be notified. She later on explained the writing issues that all of the students were doing, that consisted of capitalizing the first letter of a sentence and forgetting to add a period after a sentence. Mrs. Metcalfe related with the students by saying that when she was young, she committed those errors as well, but she learned from her mistakes and advised her students to go back to their work and fix their errors. Before the last minutes of class, Mrs.Metcalfe showed a video over the sources of light. Mrs.Metcalfe gave sticky notes to each student and instructed them to three things they had learned over the video after the video was over. In order to go home, Mrs.Metcalfe told her students that the sticky note was their exit ticket to go home. The students gave Mrs.Metcalfe their sticky notes when the bell…

I have conducted my field of experience at Westside Elementary School, second and third grade classroom. The third grade class consists of 20 students. The teacher does not have any aide even though she needs some assistance, because two of her students are falling behind. The sad part about this is that the students have not being diagnosed yet, but they are having a lot of difficulties. The teacher mentioned that by fourth or fifth grade those two students will need to be placed in a special education classroom. The students both have a concentration problem and it causes them to struggle with reading, writing, math, listening, and speaking. The teacher asked me to focus on and help these two students, while observing the rest of the class. On my second day, I went to Mrs. Bellamy’s Classroom; a second grade teacher. In this paper I am detonating the two different teaching styles that I observed, and the way the student are responding.…
