John Muir's Influence On Marine Life
Paul Ehrlich- He specialized in Conservation Biology, Evolutionary Biology, Ecology, Coevolution and Population Dynamics. He also alerted the public about issues concerning population, resources and the environment. Paul and his wife founded the Millennium Assessment of Human Behavior and later received honorary degrees such as the Gold Medal Award of the World Wildlife Fund International, and the Blue Planet Prize in 1999

It is a book that focuses on the dangers of chemical contamination on marine life. She also wrote Under the Sea-Wind and The Sea Around Us. She researched and examined marine life for many years while educating the public about these hazards. Not only did she educate the public, but she spoke out against industry companies contaminating bodies of water after World War 2. She contributed to the environment by educating the public about these harmful chemicals being poured into bodies of water.
Alice Hamilton- She studied toxic fumes and dust workers were exposed to at work for answers on why workers were getting sick. She studied these hazardous fumes and chemicals by risking her health to get samples and perform studies on them. She wrote an autobiography explaining her work. She impacted those around her by making the American workplace less dangerous environment.
Aldo Leopold- He studied environmental issues and later wrote A Sand County Almanac addressing these issues. He was concerned with the increasing effects the industrial world had on wildlife. Rowland & Molina- Rowland and Molin are two men known for their explanation of how the ozone is formed and how it decomposes. They explained the changing thickness of the ozone and later realized the threat the world was in if people continued to damage the atmosphere. They wrote an article called Nature as a way to warn the public about spray cans. They influenced later studies on the ozone and raised awareness to the causes of hazardous
