Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza Case Study
Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza is my favorite place to eat because they have great food, staff, and locations. My favorite pizza to get was from Papa Johns, but I could never find a place to sit down and eat that had good pizza. Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza opened and my family and I decided to try it one night. I had ordered a pizza called the Slaughterhouse 5. It had pepperoni, sausage, ham, Italian beef, mozzarella cheese, and bacon. That pizza is now my favorite pizza and I have not been able to find a place as good as Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza. Many people have written reviews on Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza most are 5 stars but some are less. The ones with less stars were because of little things. Some rated lower because the place was packed and it took them awhile to get seating and there were kids in the bathroom so they had to wait to wash their hands. The Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza I will be evaluating is located at 9165 Otis Avenue in Lawrence. Their business hours are Sunday through Thursday 11:00am to 10:00pm and Friday through Saturday 11:00am to 11:00pm(Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza,2017). You can dine in, carry out, or have it delivered within a certain radius. The prices are decent, they do not get too expensive. You do not make reservations to eat here, you walk in and just simply tell them …show more content…
I have only been to the one on Otis Avenue in Lawrence, but many people have written reviews on some of the other locations. The other locations are in Greenwood and Irvington. One of the most rated locations was Irvington. Anyone that wrote a review on the other locations said they were great and easy to get to. They are all located off of main roads and easy to get to from the interstate or highway. The restaurant in Lawrence has always been clean while I am there. The bathroom is always cleaned and stocked whether it be toilet paper or paper towels. The tables are always cleaned off, the bathrooms aren’t dirty, and nothing is on the

The environment and atmosphere of this restaurant is a very sketchy and unprofessional feeling. The servers make customers feel that they are a bother to them. The music that plays all day long is country, blasting over the restaurant, which made it hard to hear anyone talk. The inside is not kept up either. Parts of the ceiling were falling onto tables and the floor and the server simply stated that it was because of the rain but never did anything about it. The bathrooms…

The best central Newfoundland Pizza is Louis Gees Pizza located in Gander. Louis Gees combines Lebanese flavors with classic American pizza, also known as fusion cuisine. Keeping with American traditions, Louis Gees portion sizes are excessive and prices are low. Falafel and donair are some of the exciting types of pizza found on the menu. Louis Gees uses traditional Lebanese spices like cumin and coriander, non traditional in the sense of pizza. Without a doubt, the exotic flavors make Louis Gees pizza a local favorite and it comes with strong recommendations.…

    Buca Di Beppo Review

For me personally, I love Italian food because of how much Italian’s appreciate the dinner table. What I mean by “appreciating the dinner table” is how Italians take time to cherish the food but also interact with friends and family while you enjoy the authentic meals. Anyone who walks into Buca di Beppo can begin to feel the authenticity of the restaurant because they do a tremendous job escorting customers to their seat and sharing their history that allows you to see why this restaurant has been around for so many years. When you com to the restaurant when its not busy a waiter or a waitress usually escorts customers to their seat by going on a mini tour around the restaurant walking through the kitchen, around the bar and to their seat. I loved the fact that they walk you through the kitchen to show how they use fresh ingredients and how clean and organized their kitchen is. During this tour it really showed the distinct features of an Italian restaurant. Walking through the restaurant with hundreds of framed pictures across the walls of families and celebrities really made the place feel “homey” and “lively”. This certainly reassured me that my food was going to be fresh.…

    Applebee's Pros And Cons

Many of the tables around us had trash and food sitting on them for our entire dining experience. The kitchen at Chili’s was also the dirtiest out of the three restaurants. The restrooms did not have a cleaning chart, but they did have a sign reminding employees to wash their hands. One convenience that we noted was a child’s changing table in the men’s restroom. There were also electronic machines at the table that could be used to pay your bill or to play games. This was very convenient form of customer service allowing customers to leave when ready. Chili’s also offered child seats and coloring books for children. They also had a sign in the restaurant indicating their status as a member of the Woodlands Chamber of Commerce. However, like Applebee's, there was no health certificate posted and our waiter was not aware of any. TGI Friday’s was our final…

Texas Roadhouse was the dinner place of choice for my family and me the other night; it wouldn’t be the first time we decided to dine at this local restaurant just a few short miles from our current residence. My family and I decided to dine in at Texas Roadhouse not only because of its excellent convenience; located in the center of an outdoor shopping mall that consisted of many shops such as, Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl’s to name a few in which two of those stores required my consideration for a product I was in search of that night but also Texas Roadhouse reminds you of the good ole western roots in which we take part of on a daily basis here in Gilbert, Arizona. I will be evaluating the pros and cons of Texas Roadhouse, three criteria will be used: the total cost must not exceed $25 per person; the menu as well as the establishment must be kid friendly, and reasonable wait times.…

    1. Performance, Reliability and responsiveness, Serviceability, and Aesthetics are all significant dimensions of quality in fast food restaurants. First of all, the performance and serviceability of a fast food restaurant is very important because like the name states “fast food” is exactly that… fast! So in order for it to be considered a fast food establishment it if very important to keep up the flow of traffic in and out of the drive thru and the dining room in a timely and efficient manner without compromising the quality of the food. The second thing is to provide reliability and responsive services for a fast food restaurant such as customer service. If customer service is poor and the food isn’t prepared properly or your orders keep getting messed up then by their bad experience word of mouth will spread and it could drive people away from the establishment and they will begin searching for other places to eat. The last form of quality I believe a fast food restaurant should have is Aesthetics or the way the restaurant looks and smells. For example, we went to Golden Corral a long time ago and it literally smelled like feces. It made eating there hard to do because it stunk so badly. Come to find out they had a sewer leak and had to get it repaired but my family and I stopped going there for quite a long time until it was fixed. It is very important that the facility is clean without debris and trash around it and that even the inside facility is kept up with clean bathrooms, tables wiped and floors mopped. In order to exceed my expectations I would expect to run thru the drive thru and hear a happy or courteous person over the speaker that’s not rushing me to make a decision, acknowledgment when I pay and prompt service when I reach the food window. I would also expect that my food be prepared like I asked and that there be condiments or utensils…

Everyone suspects that their hamburger is where Jollibee's came from - They almost have the same taste. Their fried chicken is also just like Jollibee's, but this time it was Tropical who copied it. Tropical has other food selections, like Bistek (a local version of beef steak er strips) and other sandwiches. However, the place is not world class. It is not as clean nor as well kempt as McDonald's or Jollibee. And they have a very poor image. Although food is good, you wouldn't want to be seen…
