Jennifer Lopez's Argument Essay: Differences
Differences cause life to be interesting; how dull would life be if we possessed identical personalities or physiques? Jennifer Lopez is expressing that everyone should embrace their unique individuality. I would agree with Jennifer Lopez. According to Margaret Wolfe Hungerford, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” Every person is different in numerous ways; no one else can ever be exactly identical to you. Every person sees perfection and beauty in their own way. For example, two different people could gaze at the painting The Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh; each person could have a separate opinion regarding how they perceive the beauty of this painting. Know your beauty and be yourself no matter the opinions of others.

He was there too, for a time, briefly, looking at her. There was a different kind of tension presented in that moment, though, as I surveyed him; his eyes were not soft like John’s, but hard and erratic, moving back and forth in nearly invisible movements. This topic took a few twist and turns along the way. However, I do agree with the concept of; born a man your DNA reminds a man and vice-versa. I do think it is hilarious just people in this country find Brue Jenner courageous. The transgender has be going for on for years and anyone who has traveled oversea would know that. Maybe because he came out on TV and in front a large population that has never really encountered transgender but in the movies. I was listening to a therapist on the radio who had good points on the subject. He said Jenner is confused and he does not deny that fact. The therapist also said that Jenner was going to intense therapy before the change and has increase his visits since the change. The conclusion the therapist…

Evolutionary biologist, William Martin, tried to determine the Last universal Common ancestor or LUCA. Given that bacteria and archaea are thought to be the earliest domains, Martin and his team classified the known protein-coding genes of both archaea and bacteria. They examined the sequence of the genes to determine the ancestral gene, of which the particular genes came from. From this process, they narrowed down the genes from about six million to three hundred thirty five genes that were likely to exist in LUCA. The probable genes make up LUCA and the life requirements, such as energy production, that are not coded in the genes are thought to be aided from the environment. The research is significant because LUCA is thought to be the most…

Seeing “Culturally Impactful Entertainment Image” in the choices for the final project, I almost immediately knew what I wanted to analyze! Beyoncé’s sixth solo album “Lemonade” dropped exclusively on Tidal on April 23, 2016. Being that “Lemonade” technically classifies as a short film, I decided to focus on one portion out of the twelve tracks. The third track “Don’t Hurt Yourself” from the “Anger” segment is a powerful reminder to society which is displayed in a manner where the underlying message can easily become lost. Due to the controversial lyrics, a clip of Political figure Malcom Ex was overlooked in favor of Beyonce’s personal life. Often when it comes to race, the media chooses to purposely ignore the conversation that is prompted by such powerful imagery. People accuse Beyonce of being a…

    What Is Beauty?

    • 399 Words
    • 2 Pages

Well like some say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, beauty can hardly mean the same to all people because we are different and our standards and tastes differ as well. “We all think that someone or something is beautiful when it provides a perceptual experience of pleasure, placidity and satisfaction”. People usually judge the physical or inner beauty of others. A celebrity is always judged by his or her physical appearance. Paparazzi’s are always ready and looking out for outer beauty in a celebrity’s appearance, either by the way they look or dress. But outer beauty isn’t the only beautiful thing a person may have. An individual not necessarily a celebrity can not only be beautiful on the outside but in the inside as well. That is called inner beauty. Inner beauty is confidence, it is kindness, and it is tender loving caring. What makes up a person beautiful is by the way they are with others, always lending a hand, letting others know they can always count on that person. It’s all about the individual’s soul. It is someone who is so loyal and honest; who you can have a great time with always laughing, never having a dull moment; always giving advice or cheering up an upset person. It is someone you would love to be around with all the time that when she or he is gone you start missing that person. This is True beauty. True beauty is what makes a couple’s relationship last because true beauty means true love. “Beauty isn’t cruel; beauty isn’t covered up with make-up it is always there, it is naturally beautiful. Beauty has no flaws”. Beauty is simply beautiful. Beauty is all around us. Beauty can be the natural view of a sunny day on the beach during summer days or walking down the shore with your true love watching the sunsets view. Beauty is naturally pure and joyful and true. Beauty is either glamorous or perhaps simply. It is a painting, a car, a house, jewelry; it is what only yours eyes see in…
