Is God Real
In this world, most of us are brainwashed into believing that there is a god. This god judges us every day and decides whether or not you get to go to heaven or hell. Well, I think that this is all bull s*** and lies. I don't blame the people who raised me to believe in god, because they believe in this fictional character. All of this poses a question, is god real? Well of course not ,but I'll tell you why in the next paragraph.

A rational person rejects all human gods equally, because all of them are equally imaginary. How do we know that they are imaginary? Simply imagine that one of them is real. If one of these thousands of gods were actually real, then his followers would be experiencing real, undeniable benefits. These benefits would be obvious to everyone. The followers of a true god would pray, and their prayers would be answered. The followers of a true god would therefore live longer, have fewer diseases, have lots more money, etc. There would be thousands of statistical markers surrounding the followers of a true god. God is not real but I still have to write a counterargument, without their being a greater being than humans I can understand why people would believe want to believe in such thing as a god. Another thing that draws most people to the belief in god is the heaven and hell concept. Who wouldn't want to live an eternity in a place of complete delight and peace. They trick you into believing it with the "Fiery Pit of Hell" concept which is ridiculous. A good argument for god is the idea of how we came to be, it's much easier to believe in a timeless god who created our universe. The human body is nothing but a set of chemical reactions. The chemical reactions powering a human life are no different from the reactions powering the life of a bacterium, a mosquito, a mouse, a dog or a chimp. When a human being dies, the chemical reactions stop. There is no "soul" mixed in with the chemicals, just like there is no soul in a

All of these philosophical arguments conclude to whether there is a supernatural god or not. I could completely understand how someone can be an atheist as much as I can understand why someone would want to be a theist. It is putting yourself in someone else’s position and understanding why they feel the way they do. The view that represents the strongest case in my opinion believes in something that you have no idea about and will never have a clue about. This is called agnosticism, the view that the truth-values of certain claims are unknown. It is easy for me to believe in this view simply because I believe it is the truth, the supernatural beings that are beyond us humans will never reveal themselves, therefore they will remain hidden and unknown. Whether there is one god, many gods, or simply no gods, living in this society it just seems like we haven’t gotten close to the answer.…

God is the creator and master of this entire universe. Because of God we all have life, and all things are possible. I believe that God do exist and he is real. I believe in Jesus Christ his son, as well as the Holy Spirit.”God is a merciful God, and he will not leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 4:31)”. “God is my strength and makes my way perfect (2 Samuel 22:23)”.…

Many religious people use this as a defense for the problem of evil, or the statement is in many holy texts, like the Bible in Philippians 4:7, and many other religions hold similar ideas. So, using that definition of God would not be persuasive. Next, Aquinas’ cosmological argument has many suppositions. An example would be God being "naturally implanted in all" (Levin et al.). Many nontheistic religions and societies do not worship deities.…

The existence of God is one of the greatly talked about philosophical topics throughout history. There have been many arguments proposed in order to answer the question. One argument is the ontological argument. The first person to propose the ontological argument is St. Anselm in the eleventh century. St. Anselm tries to prove the existence God from the idea of a being that which no greater being can be imagined. St. Anselm contemplated that, if such a being did not exist, then a more superior being can be thought of to…

But first bear this in your mind. When it comes to the possibility of God's existence, the Bible says that there are people who have seen plenty evidences, but they have covered up the truth about God. On the other hand, for those who want to know God if He is there, he says, "You will seek me and find me; when you seek me with all your heart, I will be found by you.…

God definitely does exist. As a child curious about the world I once questioned the existence of God. In my heart I always knew God was real. But after being fooled by the myth of the Easter bunny and Santa clause, and finding out that grownups were pretty extraordinary liars. I wasn’t as sure anymore whether god was really real or just another myth made up by the extremely deceiving grownup mind. Months went by, and I still had not yet answered the question that bothered my curious little heart.…

Throughout time, there has been different opinions on the existence of the Supreme Being (God) and, has been disputed between philosophers, scientists, and other scholars for quite some time. The problem with some of these arguments is that they often end up circular without a clear answer and, in reality, there is no coherent response to answer this inquiry and along these lines can make anyone question why these individuals are posing this question in the first place. Concerning this matter there are two main groups: non-believers and the believers of the God. Since the beginning, people devoted to the worship of God have tried to explain and provide proof of the existence of God whereas nonbelievers try to disprove this belief. I believe…

The most argued over topic in the world is undoubtedly the existence of “God”. But after thousands of years it is still impossible to prove his existence or nonexistence. In the scientific community it is required that there is ample data to prove a claim, but in the modern world “Gods” existence is based on faith or of forms of proof. So how do we know if he is real or not?…

I will focus on the intention of proving that God exists. Some people believe that God is real and that He was the one who “created” the world and who put Christianity together. I personally believe that people who aren’t religious or do not believe in Jesus Christ or God aren’t really up to standards with how the world was created and who the Miracle Worker of it all is truly. I will express my own opinion of how God and Jesus exist and how the Big Bang theory is just made up by scientists. I will prove this in my conclusion.…

Do you believe in God? God is a being that no one has ever been able to prove exists. When someone chooses to believe in God; that decision is based solely on their faith. It is a decision that someone decides in their heart, which is often based on experiences in their life; whether they are simply personal experiences or religious ones. It is not a secret to anyone that God has never been be seen, heard, nor touched by any living human according to history and the present day. Though, the bible gives the personal testimonies of many righteous men of God’s goodness and existence, how can one prove that to be true? According to Nils Ch. Raught (2007) “If [an] argument from religious experiences is to be successful, we must focus our attention on those religious experiences that closely resemble ordinary perceptual experiences” (p. 180). So, I…

    God Existence

The existence of God is a subject matter that most people want to know the answer to. Many great philosophers have debated about this subject for generations. Feuerbach has an interesting point of view about the subject matter. Feuerbach believes that if it can be scientifically proven then it is real or true and anything that is not proven is not real because there are no facts to back it up. But I believe that anything is real or true if you have faith. Faith is faith. Rene Descartes is someone else that had discussions on the subject matter. Descartes wrote a book called “Meditations on First Philosophy” which talked about the existence of God and the distinction between the human soul and body. He’s basically address; do people have the power to control things that are unexplainable or can people do what they say God can do (if you feel that God doesn’t exist). He’s my supporter that God does existence. The point that I’m trying to make is that God is real. Ludwig Feuerbach is arguing in the essay “The Essence of Christianity” that God isn’t real because humans have construed their own personal view of him. I hope by the end of my essay that you understand the reasons why God is or isn’t real. Some people don’t believe in the Bible because the information in the bible is not scientifically proven. People feel it’s a made up story to get people to believe in how the world came about, what’s right, what’s wrong and other important quality’s in order to be the best human being.…

Does God exist? Some say that the Earth and the life on it was just a product of random chance, and not created by any intelligent deity. Others say that it couldn’t have occurred simply by random chance, and it must have been created by an intelligent Creator. I agree with the latter statement, and am writing this to articulate some of the reasons behind why I believe in God.…

I disagree, I believe that God does exist. It is how we display him through ourselves and how we act and treat each other. I know God is not present within us when someone murders someone, has premarital sex, or commits adultry. He is alive, not dead! He just exist further back. He does exist in the poor man down the street, who is happy with life, treat other's like Jesus, and actively prays, worships, and reads his bible.…
