International Marketing Plan for Bike
1. Introduction 1.1) Objective: a) To know the host country and home obstacles and complexities. b) Arranging product mix and marketing mix c) Go beyond national boundary d) Make a budget plan e) Make a marketing plan f) Successful implementation of marketing plan for the product for the home country and host country as well 1.2) Scope
We focused on the current new demand of motorbike market, where we found so many opportunities for the product.it almost very tough to get the licensing benefits. But still it is not impossible.
1.3) management and marketing skills:
We purely applied our marketing and management skills to gain profit and recognition. As motorbike market is very established but still we can gain profit through our intelligence.
1.4) Products:
Walton motorbikes are very compatible with a lot of exciting features. And it is designed to get young generations for customers. We also offer that not only for the male as well as for female.
1.5) limitations:
There are some complexities as flows:
a) understanding local customers and foreign customers
b) Financial limitations
c) Lack of time
d) political uncertainty
e) high risk for investments
