How is breathing while exercising significance?
Informative Speech Outline

General Purpose: To inform about breathing while exercising.
Specific Purpose: To enlighten the audience with importance of breathing while exercising; additionally, I hope to educate the audience with the proper way to breathe when exercising
Central Idea: Breathing provides one to receive the maximum result from an exercise and prevents injuries.
INTRODUCTION
Attention-getter: Do you hold your breath while you’re breathing? Do you have difficulties breathing while you’re exercising? I can change your answer to these questions from a Yes to a No.
Theme statement: I will inform you all the importance of breathing while exercising this evening.
Credibility: I personally have exercise since I was eleven years old. Over the years, I learn how to properly breathe during my workouts to ensure I receive the maximum results from my workouts.
Preview of points: I will inform 1) mental capacity, 2) physical capacity 3) health benefits
Other: I know we all want to prevent health diseases; therefore, let’s learn why not learn ways to avoid that together.

“It can affect the overall quality of our workouts, our energy levels, and even our ability to burn fat.” (NewHouse, 2013). Therefore, it's vital for us to understand the proper way to breathe during workouts. When it comes to lifting weight, one should “exhale while pushing the weight away from your body and inhale while pulling it towards your body. You should always exhale when you are exerting energy.” (Mehta, 2015). For instance, one should inhale when lowering the weight bar. Then, one should exhale when the weight bar is being pushed away. For this reason, one is able to get his blood cells pumping throughout the body; it will allow him to receive the maximum result from his bench
