ILP Meeting: Case Study
On 7/2/2015 client attended to her scheduled ILP meeting. Client promised that she will be attending to ILP on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. every week.
Housing: Client doesn’t have any housing program at this time.
Health and Safety: Client stated that she is working on organizing and cleaning her unit. CM reminded that her unit is still clutter and she needs to take more belongings to her storage.
Education: Client provides her children report cards and was places on her file.
Employment: Client is currently working at PAZ Elementary at 1970 West Farms Bronx, NY. Client is currently earning 330.00 biweekly. Client didn’t provide his pay stubs this week.
Medical/ mental health: Client must provide her and children physical exam.
