• Prioritise the changes according to needs. • Allocate resources across the changes that will happen.

Implement the plan and obtain new performance benchmarks. Record data from the new performance benchmarks and compare against previous performance data to measure change performance. Update the training requirements of the staff as necessary in accordance with the new performance benchmarks.

Record, document and submit the results to appropriate person.

Produce required documentation. Attach zipped files produced as part of this project. Document the file structure and each file in individual document.
