Hyperemesis Gravidarum: Handout Analysis
Thank you for the information presented in the handout about hyperemesis gravidarum (HG). From your handout I learned the close correlation between depression and HG. That is something that it should be early evaluated in the pregnant women with depression. If a pregnant woman has a history a depression should be treated for morning sickness as if she would have HG? How can a first time pregnant women differentiate earlier in the pregnancy between HG and the morning sickness? Are there any other signs to differentiate between the two conditions in order for an earlier detection? Well done presentation.
