I have two questions regarding both my parents.
First, we just received their Care 1st card and would like to change my mom's primary physician for both my parents to have Dr. Louis Flores are their doctor. Also, why is their CIN and member number the same? I'm asking because she hasn't received her medical insurance card.
And, we made a $450 refundable payment in order to rent a home oxygen concentrator for one month. This was prior to the insurance becoming effective while my dad had a 30 day short-term health insurance. Sadly, we have to return it on the 12th of this month and his primary doctor is allegedly doing all he can to order the CPAP machine on time. We can't lose the money. What can we do, in case the CPAP machine
