Dr. Jacobi,

I apologize for not being in class today. There are no excuses at all, but if you would like to know why for any reason, it is simply because I have become slightly overwhelmed with the amount of events, driving, and school work I have been doing these last few days between my job and my internship and school.
With mock juries today, the stress was even more than usual and I felt that if I went to class, I would not be able to focus or stay composed anyways and would only be nonproductive.

Again, there are no excuses, but it is to my understanding that two days are allowed to be missed for any reason within the span of the class.

I was wondering if you could, by chance, send me a list of those things to practice for the final.
