Employee referral hires have greater job satisfaction and stay longer at companies. It’s has the highest applicant to hire conversion rate. Sales persons are the most hired position from employee referrals.
Inexpensive sourcing method.
Employee referral program can cut down recruitment time.
Successful referrals tend to generate other successful referrals.
2 ANWS
In this case study fun at work has been profitable to hitech as the cost of hiring has been reduced and even more these hired employee would stay longer as indicated by its retention rate of 42 months compared to industry average of 20 months and employee turnover is 6 % annually .and hence its always profitable to any company as it increases the productivity and enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty resulting with profits.

Performance Appraisal System at Wellstar Hospital
1 ANWS: - The reason why this system is more efficient is really spelled out in the case. It's less likely for an error to occur, there were less pages needed. There was no need to keep track of physical sheets of paper. It was easier to understand, this provides a more honest assessment--the real reason for the system. This is more efficient as far as process and time usage, in addition the information is more accurate.
2ANWS:- To complete an appraisal on employees, supervisors and managers scored employee performance on formal weighted criteria and then summarized the information these summaries were reviewed by upper management for consistency. Hence appraisal system at wellstar is aligned with its corporate profile and all levels of employees.
