Task 01

The garment factory is going to built in a industrial zone of southern province of Sri-lanka. 1.5 kilo meters of sub road will connect to Hambantota habour road. This place has an easy access with Hambantota general hospital, police station and other community centers. Already there is building which was used as store.
Constructing a green building is not a easy development style. It is an approach to a building suited to the demands of its duration period, which has it’s bearing and importance will only continue to increase. Constructing a Green building is an approach toward designing, constructing, operating, and removing seems to decrease human impact on the surroundings while nurturing healthy and comfortable environment and communities.
Sustainable Sites
Construction activity pollution prevention: Waste Reduction: Construction and demolition creates a huge amount of solid waste in the world. Building deconstruction is another way to full-scale demolition results in massive reduces of demolished waste product. In this project also the old store is not going to be demolished. The store will go under minimal changes.
Development density and community connectivity: The area chooses for a factory based development needs good transportation facilities or access, nearby hospitals, fire brigade and police stations. So as per the description this project also has those features.
