How To Make Up Your Identity Essay
Our identity is something that is very important to us. And at some point in our lives we must ask ourselves, what does identity mean? Why is it so important to me as I proceed with life? These are some of the difficult questions that we all must answer at some point in time.
In all honesty I think that your identity is a concept that you develop about yourself over the course of your lifetime.I also think that knowing who you are makes up your identity. Like the traits you carry in your personality. Also certain aspects in your life you have no jurisdiction over, such as where you grew up and how you were raised. In addition to what choices you decide for yourself in life and what you as an individual believes in. I don’t think that things like race,gender, and etc… should make up your identity. I think our identity is important to us because it makes up something that is apart of who we are as we go through life.
