how to lose weight
How to Lose Weight A lot of people are starting to be conscious of how they look physically, specially the younger generation, and it has become a fad. It is safe and cheap to lose weight the natural way. There are three easy-to-do steps on how to lose weight. First, exercising is one of the cheapest ways to lose weight. Jogging or running around the area you live. It works your body, tones up your muscles and keeps your body active. Exercise also regulates the body processes and changes your calorie needs. It also gives energy during the day. The next step is to eat healthy. Having a diet plan are some of the steps to lose weight the safe way. Try to eat high-protein, low fat, low carb and low calorie food. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Do not drink sugary or alcoholic beverages. Refrain from eating fast-food and unhealthy desserts and snacks. Instead, replace them with fruits and other healthier alternatives. The last step is to live a healthy lifestyle. Try to get eight to ten hours of sleep every day and do not go out late at night. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Walk the dog and play with it at the park. Bike or walk instead of driving. Take the bike or walk long way that may be longer or harder but it helps one to lose weight easier. In conclusion, one must really devote oneself in doing and following the steps that I have stated. As we all know, losing weight is not a walk in the park. Losing weight naturally helps us to be healthier and live a healthy lifestyle. However, in exercising, one must remember moderation and rationalization. One must not push oneself too hard. It takes time and perseverance in order to achieve desired results.

When I did not make progress I increased this later, the larger my deficit produced, the quicker my body caught on. I learn that my first step should be to increase my activity levels. By me creating a larger calorie deficit, I had to exercise, cardio to burn calories, resistance training to maintain muscle mass.…

The first thing that I did was to put a calendar in front of the refrigerator. This would help me to remember about my diet plan day by day. Second, begins to stop consuming sugar and any food or drink that contains it. In its place I start to use Splenda, but after a month I replace it with stevia that is made from natural plant. Also stop eating, donuts, cakes and all chocolate bar as well as all kinds of drinks as soda and juices for their high sugar content. Changes my dishes, cup and glasses for smaller ones. I definitely had to reduce the amount of food I would ingest. Next leave all kinds of fried as fried eggs, fry potatoes and Mc Donald and all kinds of junk food as they were the cause of my overweight. There are a few different ways to go about losing weight. There is the conventional way which is a balanced diet and rigorous exercise at least once a day for at least one hour a day. There are many different parts of the body that you can focus on but if you want to drop the pounds it might be best for you to do some intense cardio to get the heart racing which will help you burn weight the fastest. “You can safely lose 3 or more pounds a week at home with a healthy diet and lots of exercise, says weight loss counselor Katherine Tallmadge, RD”. I personally also recommend some light weight lifting as well. Some people even take extra protein also but that mainly comes after you have lost some weight. Then there is the option of having weight loss surgery which is very popular today for people who are too obese to exercise. This is probably the best option and would give them a healthier life then they are used to but with weight loss surgery there could be some complications. WebMD states that “Most people experience no serious problems after weight loss surgery though 10% do have minor complications. Less than 5% experience serious (potentially…

Two weight management programs that I found are the HCG diet, and the Atkins diet. HCG is human chorionic gonadotropin. You must take a couple drops a day of this chemical and place yourself on a very strict 500 calorie daily diet. You are only allowed to eat certain foods and cannot have any sugar. The program claims that you will lose a pound a day and not feel hungry while only eating 500 calories. The cost involved of this program is purchasing the HCG drops which are available on amazon for about $25 for a 40 day supply. It is recommended to stay on the program for 40 days unless you have to lose less than 20 pounds for which they only recommend 20 days.…
