Message from the General Chair
Welcome to the 18th International Workshop on Quality of Service (IWQoS 2010) held in Tsinghua University, Beijing. IEEE IWQoS, as a highly reputable academic event for the prime annual workshop on network quality of service, provides an international forum for the presentation and discussion of cutting edge research in the field of networking and communications. Tsinghua University, with its rich legacy, now boasts a 99 year history of excellence. Tsinghua’s progress throughout its history has been closely linked with that of
China, and she is endeavoring for the future to contribute to the creation of a prosperous
China and a harmonious world.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the IWQoS TPC Chair, Prof. Bin
Liu of Tsinghua University, Prof. Chunming Qiao of State University of New York at Buffalo in
