You can send a few signals to him like give him an ever so sly smile,look at him for a couple of more seconds and look away. You have not looking at him too often no matter how pretty he is. You should start with a warm smile that makes you seem approachable and friendly then chat him up about something you have in common, such as school, work, or hobbies. You should open question about him, This will show you're interested in getting to know him, not just interested in talking about yourself. Talking him playfully is also a good way to get him comfortable. After you talk and get comfortable with each other, next step is find a chance to touch him like an accidental touch his arm or shoulder when he says something that makes you laugh. Touching can help you both feel a little bit closer. Let's move on to the next step, Compliment him. Ladies love compliments and believe it or not, men do too! During the conversation, give him a compliment. If you think his smile is cute, let him know. But as with every tip, be frugal with the compliments too. For example, “Awww I love your dimples” should say once maybe twice. Besides, too many compliments may make you seem fake so be careful. Lastly but most importantly, Stop while it's still fun. Always remember to leave at hight point. If you feel like the conversation drag so long, it's time to say goodbye. It's the last thing you want to do but trust me this way he'll look forward to see you agian. Let the goodbye be confident, flirty and short like “Hopefully we will have a chance meet agian” If you're stick to these flirting rules, you'll be an expert flirt in short time and I promise you will get that guy for sure.
