Loyal customers can and should be the foundation for marketing strategy. Beyond the profit they generate, loyal customers provide the basis for brand development and improvement. The brand that loses sight of its loyal customers has lost its direction, and is prone to lose its market share. Brand loyalty “means people won’t go elsewhere, even if the competition offers lower prices. It keeps revenues high and retains market share. You can see why brand loyalty is a priority for any business” (Goodson, Scott, 2011, p 2).…

In the first step of making customers raving fans you need to decide what you want. First you will need a detailed vision, creating a vision of your future customer service model centered on your customers will take time and effort but without it you will not be able to progress. You have to imagine the perfect service you want to give the customers, and that perfect vision is the goal. Once you have the vision it needs to be put into place and see where it doesn’t work and change and adapt your vision to fit your business.…

When working in a retail store, how would you approach a person with a visual impairment? When approaching a person with a visual impairment I would speak clearly and introduce myself. Then I would ask them if it ok for them to take my arm so I can guide them around the store if they do not have a service animal with them. I want that person to feel like they are important and that their opinion matters. How would you demonstrate a product’s features to this person? I would be very descriptive for example if they wanted to buy a dress for their niece. I would ask how old is the child, then I would ask what if there was any style she would like for his/her niece or color. If he/she had no idea I would make a suggestion depending on age. I would suggest a pretty navy blue dress that comes just above the knee with lace ruffles with a silk navy blue trim all around the dress with a matching jacket. That also comes with accessories like barrettes or a scrunchy to go in her hair. Then I would ask if he/she would like to buy some shoes to go with the dress. I believe that make a person feel like they do not have a disability is the best possible to relate with them.…

There are many techniques for building relationships with customers. One in particular would be to learn the names of your regular customers if you have any or thank them by using their last name if they use a credit card for purchases. By remembering their names it makes the customers feel appreciated and in turn their experience will be shared with their friends and relatives. Not only increasing your bottom line but, also keeping loyal customers coming to your store. This also secures your position in the company because without your customers, you would not have a job.…

According to an article which was published in USA Today in 2010, it reports that the United States is one of the fattest nations in the world and about two-thirds of people are overweight or obese. As we all know, consuming too much high-fat food is a cause of why people are obesity; fast food is one kind of it. Since some people believe that fast food restaurants sell high-fat food causes them obese, they choose to sue fast food restaurants instead of changing their dietary habit; two readings that I’ve read show two cases of it. However, I don’t agree that people should sue fast food restaurants because I think people should take responsibility of what they eat and parents should help their children to form healthy lifestyles.…
