How Did Ptolemy Use Astronomy?
Ptolemy was termed a great man in his time as he could answer questions through the stars. He had a strong belief in science, mathematics, and astronomy as he believed they could answer any question you could possibly ask for. He told the people of Greece his findings on the stars and his theory. Some of his theories explained that the Earth is the center of the universe and he told of his lunar theory. He had numerous evidence to back up his theories so they seemed realistic. Ptolemy amazed the people of Greece of the wonders of the universe and was praised for his knowledge of the stars and the sky.
