Bayaning 3rd World: A Film Analysis The film Bayaning 3rd World is all about the two film makers who want to make a film about our National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal. The two film makers want it to be different from the other film about the national hero but there are so many films that cover the life of Rizal and it is very hard for them to make a film with something new and get the attention of the people. The two film makers decided to have the film to be all about the retraction of Rizal. The retraction of Rizal was shown by the use of the question and answer theme. The film makers ask questions to the people who are with Rizal when he is living like Josephine Bracken, his mother Dona Teodora, brother Paciano, sister Trining, sister Narcisa and also father Ballguer. The questions of the film makers were all answered by the one who they ask and that is the way how people will know the true life and true events on what happen when Rizal he is living. When I was watching the movie I analyzed that some of the events on Rizal life that we all know are some misleading and the film Bayaning 3rd World will make the corrections on the life of Rizal. Some of the false thinking is that Josephine Bracken loves Rizal but the truth is that Josephine is a conspirator of the Spanish friars for Rizal to make a retraction for him to marry
