ONE BOWL, SEVEN PIPES, SEVEN LAMPS

The Holy Spirit can use angels and men for the glory of the Lord Jesus. The Holy Spirit vivifies and empowers all. In this perception, we say that the angels are the fellow workers of the saints; they are assigned to co-work with the saints. The mystery of the Seven stars and seven churches explain that angels and the saints co-work in order to accomplish God’s will on earth. The Holy Spirit controls both, the seven angels and the seven churches. He is the Master of the celestial hierarchy and the church. All the believers form “one body” under the authority of the Holy Spirit. And the seven angels form “one spiritual body” under the command of the Holy Spirit.
We read in Zachariah 4:2-3 “What do you see? I said, “I have seen, and behold, a candlestick all of gold, with its bowl on the top of it, and its seven lamps thereon; there are seven pipes to each of the lamps, which are on …show more content…
¬ The bowl of oil on top represents the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the working Spirit who operates through all as he pleases. The bowl is the source of anointing. The Holy Spirit is the almighty God, he can do all things, and he possesses all the powers. Jesus walked in the middle the seven lamps because he is the lord of all. Jesus identified himself as the Holy Spirit who controls both the seven angels and the seven churches.
¬ The seven pipes represent the seven angels: the seven angels are the channels that display God’s power on earth. The seven pipes supply oil to the seven lamps. The seven angels serve as the funnels of the Holy Spirit’s power in the churches. The oil of God flows through seven canals and empower the saints.
¬ The seven lamps are the seven churches; they represent the saints of the whole earth. Jesus said, “the church is the light of the world”. The seven angels co-work with the seven angels to accomplish God’s will in the

    Being round, it symbolizes the whole universe and the sound (pulse) of the srum represents the throbbing at the center of the universe (69). The sun is also represented here as the "sun wise" direction, hence sun dance. In the sun dance they paint a black circle on their faces in order to remember Wakan Tanka, just like the circle has no end (92). The Lakota religion also uses objects in their rites that they prpepare before going into the difeerent lodges. When scouting for a place to erect the lodge, they chose the spot, return to camp, and immediatley circle around the place where it is to be built, in a clockwise manner (73). In this example, Kablaya (the first "sun-dancer"), explains the meaning of the object use. "You should prepare a necklace of otter skin, and from it there should hang a circle with a cross in the center" (71). Kablaya also mentions that in doing so, the cross and circle represent the four Powers of the universe and four ages. Another object includes round rawhide circles that represent the sun and earth (also round), and the heavens (sky), in which the men wear on their chest. At the center of the first rawhide circle should be a blue round circle, which represents Wakan-Tanka, and the earth represented by the red circle. Lastly, one blue circle is for the heavans (72).
