11 Goals – Weights
1-17-14

1. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my bench by 10 lbs.
a. Complete each rep with the correct recommended weight.
b. Work hard and use mental toughness.
2. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my Hang Clean by 10 lbs.
a. Do hang clean every time we have to do it.
b. Using the right weight each time I lift.
3. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my Squat by 5 lbs.
a. Getting in the weight room and do that right away while still fresh.
b. No messing around or skipping squats when we have them.
4. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my Deadlift by 10 lbs.
a. Doing all the reps at the correct weight.
b. Staying committed all year and never slacking.
5. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my Incline by 10 lbs.
a. No thinking twice about doing incline bench.
b. Dressing out every day and being determined.
6. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my Power Pinch by 5 lbs.
a. Doing the lift correctly all the time.
b. No skipping the lift even if I don’t want to do it.
7. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my 40 time by .10 of a second.
a. Actually try my hardest on all 3 times.
b. Keep the right set of mind while running.
8. Increase my Vertical by 4 inches by the end of the 9 weeks
a. Lifting hard every day and never giving up.
b. Dressing out everyday and keeping determined.
9. By the end of the 9 weeks I would like to increase my Pro-Agility by .10 of a second.
a. Have mental toughness while running.
b. Concentration while running the 3 times.
10. Keep my 3.8 GPA and stay 3rd in my class
a. Keeping up on my homework in every class.
b. Not procrastinating on homework,
11. I would like to keep in shape even after high school
a. Start working out at the rec center either every day or every other day.
b. Never lose my mental toughness and stay on task.
