High Intensity Interval Training Report
HIIT or high intensity interval training is basically has a succession of intervals of intense and light exercise. Always starts by heating 2-10 minutes. Then followed the dismissal of the interval (from 20 seconds to 2 minutes) intense exercise and light exercise. Number of pairs interval (fast-slow) depends on the fitness exercisers, how long it is this kind of training, the duration of the interval and the intensity of exercise in "fast" interval.
