Undoubtedly, the health style self-test was an eye-opener, in relation to my general health lifestyle. As a matter of fact, my overall score for this test was 84 out of 100 despite being a high score there are still upgrades to be made in my lifestyle. In all honesty, I didn’t think my health score would be this high, since I am yet striving to eat sound nourishments and exercise regularly. In this manner, I thought I would get a lower score for the health style self test. Seeing that, despite everything I require wellbeing enhancements, thus the progressions I would incorporate would be to drink more fluids, eat more fruits and exercise more, regardless of the a busy schedule.
