Head Start Center Observation
In Head Start center has child care and preschool and Mrs. Sandra works in the child care and she has the health observation checklist on hand and then Mrs. Sandra as soon the student or infant arrived is able to recognize the early signs and symptoms of various communicable illnesses and health conditions so this way the teacher can refer to the nurse of the center or call the parents or guardians if is necessary.

The daily health checklist has an everyday record also has anecdotal notes and the teacher can make this anecdotal notes observing the students during the day. All the health information is confidential so it should not be shared or made accessible to nobody but parents or guardians. It’s very important this daily observation for
