The ones who hate the most will always find and around who they do and don’t hate when its around death time. The Interlopers was a great story to men fighting for land that didn’t belong to them in the first time. Not knowing they were trying to take land from someone .We should always at least try to be friends because we might never know when we will need that

I am lucky enough to say that most of the time, I don’t really feel like an outsider. Usually, I can quickly adapt to new situations and easily relate to people. The one time that stands out in my mind of when I did feel like an outsider, is when I started high school. Like many others, the first day of high school was very nerve-wracking to me. I went to Castro Valley High School, which is a fairly large, public high school. The student body there numbers over three thousand.…

On the surface, A Separate Peace, written by John Knowles in 1959, is a tale of two boys and the events that take place between them one school year during World War Two. Behind the simple storyline, however, lies a deeply woven web of symbols, themes, and lessons that are all of great significance and relevance to our lives today. Perhaps one of the most important concepts we can learn from this novel is how we, as a species, create our own enemies due to our jealousy and insecurity. Knowles’ story shows how humans tend to satisfy the need to have someone to compete with by sometimes choosing to dislike the people who deserve it the least.…

Regardless of how one believes the Earth was created and how humans came into existence, it is an indubitable fact that from the inception of time to the present day, Humans have never seen a world without hate. An Enemy of the people is a drama filled with ethical dilemmas and issues that are largely were caused by the contrasts between the Stockmann brothers. Thomas Stockmann is jovial by nature and likes to be surrounded by people like him that are intelligent and hard working. His brother in other hand is a representative of the conservative world-order. Thomas Stockmann or as he referred in play as Dr. Stockmann is very conscious of his duty as a citizen and he isn’t afraid to go against the mob of arrogant people, which are the majority in that town, and to point out that they are in denial: “Dr. Stockmann: …The majority has might on its side--unfortunately; but right it has not. I am in the right--I and a few other scattered individuals. The minority is always in the right.” (pg. 71, Act IV), but Peter Stockmann, on the other hand, is the person who can sway the mob to his side, by saying what the mob wants to hear.…

We often say today that "The opposite of Love is hate." The four letter word "hate" that destroys relationships, imposes ghastly intentions and abstructs emotions. The truth is "the opposite of love is not hate but indifference." Hatred is an extreme that only destroys a handful of relationships, but indifference destroys millions. Indifference is the most destructive force at work against our relationships with one and another. Indifference destroys all energy and enthusiasm for the great pursuits of life. Where there is indifference there is no sense of purpose. When we become indifferent to the passions and purpose of our lives, we destroy ourselves as well as others. In the "Night Novel" by Elie Wiesel, the Jews are victims of indifference and its toll on people. Indifference meaning soulless living is an accurate definition to fit the work and acts of Hitler, the biggest nightmare during 1940's.Many opposites are not nearly as different as they first appear. For example, as Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel observed, the opposite of love is not hate, but indifference; for at a minimum, to love or hate someone is to have intense emotions toward them. We see how the similarities between love and hate often outweigh the differences when one is transformed into the other, a phenomenon that literature — from Gilgamesh to Shakespeare to Harlequen Romances — has exploited and explored for millennia.…

Tonight the wind howled. Monica Gianni climbed gratefully into her Audi, wondering how long the journey to Jaime's would take. To make a pleasant change (ahem not!), her boss had handed her a nine-page contract twelve minutes before she was about to leave. Revenge she supposed, as he lost the battle for promotion to Monica herself. Typically, once past the mark of six o'clock the traffic was twice as terrible. As she cruised down the motorway in first gear her mind wondered to her lifelong best friend Jaime, and his lovely wife. She had to admit she was jealous, he had a settled mortgage two kids and a stable job: whereas her single lifestyle was rocky and frustrating. To top it all she'd forgotten a present for Jaime and Anna, it would have to be another box of cheap corner shop chocolates that they would never eat. They were always doing the giving these days and she owed them a return invitation. She hoped she wouldn't be outstaying her welcome.…
