PAPER:
______ 8 ½ - by – 11 inch white bond paper,
______ Substance 20
MARGINS:
______ 1.50” left, 1.00” top, and bottom margin for all pages
FONTS:
______ Times New Roman, Palatino, Century Schoolbook, or Book Antiqua
______ All text copy printed in the same font.
______ You may use boldface in headings and subheadings only
TYPE SIZE:
______ Size of text is 12 points, including the title page of the dissertation, headings and subheadings and titles of tables and figures
______ The font size used in tables and figures may be smaller than that used in the text; however, use fonts smaller than 8 points or larger than 12 points
PAGINATION:
______ Every page should be assigned a number
______ Page number should be in the same position, three fourths inch from the top edge and one inch from the right edge of the page
SPACING:
______ Text must be double spaced
______ Triple space after the chapter / section number and after the chapter / section title
______ Triple space before and after centered headings within the text
______ Triple space before and after the tables / figures inserted in the text
______ Tables, long quotes, and bibliography / references listing may be single space
TABLES / FIGURES:
