At 9:45 PM on October 5, 2005, Esteban Julio Roberto Montoya Dela Rosa Ramirez was found dead in an the elevator he operated at the Ritz Palace hotel. When the policeman was alerted by a teary hotel clerk at 9:55 PM, he rushed to the scene. He found Esteban Julio Roberto Montoya Dela Rosa Ramirez with a stab wound in his chest. Upon further inspection the investigative team found a large bruise on the back of the victim’s head.
The hotel clerk was taken back to the police station as he was clearly close to Esteban Julio Roberto Montoya Dela Rosa Ramirez. The clerk, London Tipton, said that Esteban was a easygoing guy. They became fast friends at work. The only people Esteban did not get along with were his roommate, Marion Moseby,
