Go First Class Program (GFC)
As Kettner et al., (2017) suggested, “Designing effective programs requires that social service professionals develop a thoroughly researched understanding about social problems, people in need, and human service” (p. 10). However, what I am gathering from my textbook reading, the sort of essential purpose of data that should be collected is the best available evidences that are expected to monitor the performance measurement and evaluated the activities that are involved at the end of the services provided. I believe my organization team is involved in doing an effective based planning, which is the called “Go First Class Program (GFC).” The GFC is a bundle of three appointments into one, whereas a soldier can expect to receive a dental exam,
