Statement 1 is supported by fidelity and veracity. Being faithful and having commitment to the goals helps in creating a trustworthy environment. Statement 2 is supported by justice. I will treat everyone fairly and not favor any group or individual over others. I will act in a non-discriminatory way and respect people’s rights and the law. I believe it is my responsibility to share the scarce resources in the organization in a fair and just manner. I will develop the attitude of listening to each patient’s needs and concerns intently, and address the problems. This quality helps in establishing a good patient-staff relationship. This method also encourages and motivates the employees to express their concerns and opinions freely. I believe it is my responsibility to provide the patients with adequate information regarding the objectives, alternatives, and possible outcomes and risks of a proposed treatment. This will enable the patient to make a voluntary decision about accepting or declining care. I will respect the decision made by the patient on whether or not to perform the medical procedure. Patients should be treated “consistently with compassion even under stressful circumstances” (Morrison, 2016, p. 60).

I will not get involved in any fraudulent activity which would cause the organization to gain a bad reputation. I believe it is my responsibility to immediately report any misconduct or falsifications in the workplace to the higher authorities. I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the organization by following the ethical principles.

Hysterectomy is associated with the highest survival and lowest morbidity rate of the treatments available for placenta accreta. There are three other options that can preserve the uterus. The first option is oversewing defects after placental removal in conjunction with oxytocin and antibiotics. The second option involves localized resection of uterus and repair.
