All of the employees that are affiliated with this company will need to abide by this specific list of rules regarding behavior and decision making:
1. All employees should not be discriminated for their religion, race, beliefs, or gender and must be treated as an equal. Any form of harassment, unintentional and intentional, based on gender, culture, race, and so on, will not be tolerated.
2. All employees need to conduct themselves in a professional manner when handling any duties dealing with the company.
3. All employees must do what is best for the company and not only do something for themselves. Not watch out for the company’s best interest and its affiliates may result in suspension or even termination
4. Making our customers our first priority by meeting their needs and wants to better increase the quality of our services.
5. There is a No Tolerance Policy for those employees that are not honest with the company. Automatic termination and legal action may be used for those who remove company property of this without the permission from the owners. The company must be able to depend on every employee’s truthfulness and accurate work to take care of proper business transactions. These rules are standard rules for the function of a good business; this is why I choose each one of them. As a binding contract between the employee and employer The Code of Ethics will be signed off on by each employee. Having a guideline for each
