FINAL Name Kolin Hurlock Describe the SELF ASSESSMENT process, include the results from your INTEREST, SKILLS ABILITIES, PERSONALITY, and VALUES. The self assessment process was the first stage in learning about myself and the biggest part or the class that would help guide me towards my ideal career and path to the future. I used this site to primarily comb through job listing not only to see what was available but also to see the requirements some of the employers were looking for. This information is extremely useful by giving you a goal to reach that allows you to be more marketable to a wide variety of future employers. Having a clear vision of the end state we are trying to achieve before we take action to reach our goals is the key factor in accomplishing any goals that we set.
