Evolutionary Theory Of Natural Selection
Another part of this evolutionary theory is natural selection. Natural selection is when a species adapts to the environment to survive so that they can produce more offspring. Overtime, it becomes easier and easier for that species to adapt and help the number of mutations to rise. Only the strongest genes survive. For instance, a lot of animals that live in the colder temperatures develop fur or hair that help keep them warm. If the animal did not have the fur or hair, the animal would not survive.
