Essay On Weightlifting
My 8th grade history class was the hottest room, during fall. It was about fifteen minutes into class and I could not concentrate due to the circumstance of the environment, fearing that I would doze off or even sleeping during class I began tapping my foot on the ground to keep me from falling asleep it did help me concentrate, I figured if I done this throughout the period I would understand the class better and pay attention, that seemed to work thankfully. Ever since I can remember I would always fidget in a small unnoticeable way. I accidentally found out about my expertise during my 9th grade strength training class, I started to understand myself more, I enjoyed working out throughout the following years, it has helped me become more determined, boosted my self-esteem and get my focus back together My own area of expertise is Weightlifting; this involves using heavy weights, mental stability like motivation for example, you must constantly go to the gym without any excuses. It is very important for everyone to be active, as a matter a fact CDC or Centers for Disease Control and prevention is a federal agency that conducts and supports health, promotion, prevention in the United States, their goal is to improve overall public health. They stated that regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health, it greatly increases your chances of living longer.
