Even though there are various types of intriguing dances in the world today, circus dances, such as; aerial modern dance, flying trapeze, lyra, fire poi, acro, and trampoline are going to my main emphases for this paper. Aerial modern dance is a unique form of dance that will revive your soul. Flying trapeze is exhilarating in it self and is such a beautiful form of dance. Fire poi is great for your inner chi, such a fun way to get yourself moving. Acro dancing is a way to partner up for an usual type of dance that will be sure to give you an adenine rush. It is a form of dance that is shown through swinging and flipping from one trapeze to the next. It takes extreme dedication and commitment to just let everything go and be one with your inner soul. It takes extreme consciousness and takes wiliness to stick with postures in order to succeed in flipping from one trapeze to the other. Flying trapeze takes extreme endurance; you need to have the ability to swing, which comes from mainly the core and arms. This form of dance takes being conscious of not only yourself but in the dancers catching you. Synchronicity is key in order to be a successful flying trapeze artist. After reading about a daring young man on the flying trapeze, I found that in order to fly through the air with ease you must have strength so solid and energy so high to complete the dance with grace and still be pleased. Flying trapeze is a form of dance so daring that many will just continue to watch but if your feeling fearless and are an adrenaline junkie, you might just want to feel how it is to fly through the air with a net
