Dress Code Essay Dress code is a very trending topic each year. My reason's why I think we shouldn’t have dress code is because it has nothing to do with our education, we shouldn’t have to worry about what people think, and its also symbolic speech. People seem to think dress code is something that would interfere with our education. That's not the case at all. Coming from a school where you had to wear dress code, people still broke the rules. If you want to come to school one day in a shirt and some shorts then do it, what you wear has no effect on what you're learning. If I wear an oversized sweater that meets dress code why should I have to take it off? It's distracting? Girls wearing clothes that they like isn't something
