Donald Trump Is The Worst President
Ever since Donald Trump was elected on January 20, 2017, it has set an internet crisis. People from both sides arguing in every place you can imagine. Two sides, one me. And I believe that President Donald J. Trump, the 45th president, is the worst president in the history of the presidents because he is a huge twitter-addict, he is very offensive, and he wants to build a wall. The first reason why I think that Donald Trump is the worst president to ever set foot in the White House is because he uses Twitter too much. He also lies in Twitter. For example, a few days after Trump’s State of Union, he tweeted that his State of the Union, which had 45.6 million people watching, was the most in history. But the truth is that Donald Trump’s State …show more content…
For example, he has said many over-the-top offensive phrases for women. Some of these statements include calling women pigs, slobs, and even saying that women should not be paid as much as men. But in my opinion, I think that Trump is a slob himself. According to Hillary Clinton, the former First Lady of the United States, “And one of the worst things he said was about a woman in a beauty contest. He loves beauty contests, supporting them and hanging around them. And he called this woman ‘Miss Piggy.’ Then he called her ‘Miss Housekeeping,’ because she was Latina. Donald, she has a name. Her name is Alicia Machado.” Also, he targets companies he states he “doesn’t like”. He tweeted once that the Coca-Cola company is not happy with him, and that the coke from the company is garbage. And just for your information, this is coming from a man that drinks 12 diet-coke bottles per day. In addition, he sometimes says offensive things that are even worse than calling someone slobs, pigs, or garbage. During the Oval Meeting, Trump targeted African Countries by using racist language. Trump denies it, but Democratic Senator Durbin says that he did use racist language. What a terrible, disgusting …show more content…
But this wall will cost a lot of money, and by a lot, I mean A LOT. The wall is estimated to cost around $70 billion to build and $150 million per year to maintain, according to a report released by Senate Democrats on April 18, 2017. And anyways, the U.S. has a huge debt of $17.3 trillion, three years ago! Imagine how gigantic the debt is now, as of 2018! Trump says that Mexico will pay for the wall, but Enrique Peña Nieto, Mexico’s leader, says no. Also, the illegal immigrants don’t all come just to take illegal drugs. Some of the illegal immigrants come to escape violence from Mexico. Regardless, many people still hire these people, despite the fact that they came to America illegally. In addition, the wall will be an environmental hazard. This wall could damage and even destroy the wildlife living in the border and the natural resources there. It will also erase the animal population in the area and lead to extinction of endangered animals in the U.S., includingx jaguars, ocelots, and the Mexican gray

“I don't know Mr. Trump. But I've been chagrined at his antics. He ridiculed a war hero. He made mockery of a reporter's menstrual cycle. On June 16th at his very own Trump Tower in New York City, Donald Trump announced that he would be running for president. It was only thirty seconds into his speech when Trump committed his first fallacy. In an attempt to insult the intelligence of his fellow GOP candidates, he compared their incompetence toward air conditioners to their supposed inability to beat ISIS. “They didn’t know the air-conditioner didn’t work,” “How are they going to beat ISIS?” This is a bad example fallacy due to his use of an example that fails to prove the conclusion and has little connection to it. Despite the complete lack of relation between Trump’s example and his conclusion, he was still able to provoke the audience into feelings of contempt toward the other…

Granted, Donald Trump can have a bigmouth, but nonetheless he still considered equality. For King Arthur, equality meant that no one was superior, especially at the round table. “Arthur wished for his chosen knights to sit round a round table, so that nobody would be superior.” (King Arthur Biography). Also, morality has changed greatly throughout the years and we are more accepting of LGBTs (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgender), especially in marriage. Donald Trump believes that people shouldn’t be fired or not hired just because of who they are, but believes that marriage should be between a man and a woman. “Angelo said, ‘It’s a complicated relationship that Trump has with the LGBT community, but if ever there was a group that can be said to have had a warm relationship with Trump, it’s LGBT individuals.’…

As the oldest president inaugurated during his time and the first to die in office just within 31 days, President William Henry Harrison is ranked with a 2. He delivered a two hour long inaugural address, the longest on record, but passed away from pneumonia because of his imperviousness. He was only elected because of his political popularity that derived from him being a "war hero", which at that point in American history generally meant killing Native Americans, a feat Harrison managed somehow at the battle of Moraviantown, during the War of 1812, which itself was one of the stupidest wars fought by two nations. That is why President William Henry Harrison if not is the worst president in U.S. history.…

his power that came with being the head of the executive branch and used illegal audio surveillance to spy on political opponents. He also ordered various agencies to harass activities and political figures. What keeps him from being the worst President is that his first term was filled with good policy choices. He visited the People's Republic of China and opened up diplomatic relationships between the two nations. His administration embraced policies that transferred powers from the federal government to the states, and many other things. What hurt him the most was his second term that was nothing compared to the first and was considered a trainwreck and a…

“Be not afraid of greatness; some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them.” As playwright and poet William Shakespeare states, greatness is something that comes naturally to some, while others must put much effort in to achieve it, and others are forced into it. When examining the United States presidency, much effort must be put into identifying if a president was great and how the president rates compared to previous presidents. For example, political scientist Fred Greenstein (2005) describes six qualities that shape a president’s performance, such as emotional intelligence and political skill, and Joseph A. Pika and John Maltese (2004) add other elements, such as personal character and career, that shape a president’s performance. Besides examining the president on his personal strengths and weaknesses, Stephen Skowroneck (2003) states that it is also vital to evaluate what time period the president held office in, if the country was resilient or not at that time, and if the president supported the previous presidency. When evaluating if our current president, Barack Obama, will be remembered as a great president, using the above criteria and observation methods as well as comparing him to past presidents is vital. President Obama’s approval rating is currently 42% (Gallup.com), with citizens mostly angry about the country’s economic situation. However, with his use of new media and strong interpersonal skills, President Obama’s 2008 campaign and subsequent presidency has given Americans the most personal experience of any campaign and presidency to date. In addition, as the first African American president to hold the office, the historical significance of his presidency is enormous. Ultimately, despite the failures president Obama has experienced thus far in his presidency, President Obama’s campaign and presidency was so revolutionary that it will be remembered as great.…

He objectifies women and treats them as if they’re here only to serve for his amusement. Not only does Trump behave toward women in degrading ways, he boasts proudly about it. Trump has a history of misogynist acts, for decades, he has degraded and objectified women, from Rosie O’Donnell when he said, “If I were running ‘The View,’ I’d fire Rosie O’Donnell. I mean, I’d look at her right in that fat, ugly face of hers, I’d say ‘Rosie, you’re fired’ to his own daughter, Ivanka in an interview when he said “… if [she] weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating…

However, the Women’s Rights March wasn’t only in Washington. It was also in all 50 states of the US, in 32 different countries. In total there were 673 marches around the world. The marchers were everything but a waste of time. This march had a huge impact because it made people open their eyes and realize who our president actually is and how he treats and disrespect women. For example, in an interview Trump stated, “You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it, you can do anything. Grab them by the p***y, you can do anything.” In this quote, Trump is being arrogant and making himself seen as some superior god. He is saying since he is a “star” it is ok for him to disrespect women, sexually harass, and touch them without their…

With all of the the media and public outrage against Trump it would make you believe that Hillary would be winning by a much higher margin. On all of the polls but one Trump is either behind Hillary or tied with her. So even though Trump is controversial he is still in the presidential race and could win the…

Donald Trump won his presidency over Hilary Clinton, winning the electoral vote but losing the popular vote by around 2.9 million votes. Knowing that the majority of Americans did not want Trump as President, it would make sense for Trump to handle the office with care, and work to gain the trust of the Americans who did not want him as their President. In the short 48 days since Trump has been President, it is safe to say that he does not care about the opinions of those who did not vote for him and those that did vote for him. He signs executive orders and appoints nominees without consideration. He makes every move based on his priorities, and not the rest of America.…

I think Donald Trump will never be elected president of U.S.A as he is making all of these crazy ideas like proposing to build a wall between Mexico and America and making Mexico pay for it. He also always thinks he is correct and has a hard time admitting that he is wrong. He plans to ban all Muslims until he knows what is going on and better security precautions are made.…
