Abstract
Diverse workforce brings extensive idea, skill and ability. Conversely, they also bring challenges for management team. Different kind of ethnicity, ages, race, and gender cause conflict at workplace due to miscommunication among them, such as discrimination. Older people face discrimination because they cause company abundant wealth than younger worker. For that reason, company try to fire them although they have good health condition. They are the great asset for the company. That reason, manager need to learn that. Also, it is against government policy to discriminate. Management teams have to solve the problem that diverse work group face in order have healthy work environment

If management team can handle the diversity well, company will benefit from different kind of skills, abilities and ideas. Also, Manger should use diversity management to make everyone recognize the needs and differences of other. For example, older people have higher skills, and they engage in citizenship behavior at workplace. They do job better than other. It will help to keep minority, women and older people at work. For example, research showed that women, old people and minorities have greater interest at employers. Organization also should follow government policies about discrimination, otherwise they might get lawsuit from employee, and it can cause company virtuous name and money loss. They have capability and talent that benefit company and society. One kind of people do not have all the talent and capability, so if company look for worker in other race, age and ethnicity, they can easily find those talented people. For example, older people have experience, judgment, a strong work ethic, and commitment to quality. However, organization also have to keep younger people at work, so company can benefit from both which will bring success to the company. For example, younger people have more flexibility and knowledgeable about new technology, so company need to have their present. Company easily benefit from these kind of quality. Diversity also make healthy work environment. If both younger and older employee do communication and interaction based on their work and experience, they can make an environment where everyone will benefit. When they will learn about each other deep level diversity, such as personality and value, they will discover that both committed to their families and share common work problem that need to do be done together. Their deep level similarity will cover the surface level diversity, it will provide clear evidence that they will work together and company will have healthy work environment.
