I ended up with the two I thought could help the company the most. They are the Manhattan Associates and LLamasoft. I felt that both had excellent products and seemed to be both highly regarded in their respective fields but LLamasoft won me over because of not only the qualities I mentioned before but had easy to understand website that was strait to the point. It gave me a great overview of who they were and what they offered without confusing me. The home page had the number for both technical and general business support which I believe is a strong case that they must have an excellent customer service team. This seems like the right service to help the companies supply chain management so that we can grow more internationally as well as more domestically sales

These are just a few of the many items. Java and ActiveX can expose much more information, and Internet Explorer tends to expose more information than other browsers. A list of everything that a browser can expose would take more than 450 words in itself. Some of this information can provide value to the company for demographic reasons.     As we grow older we tend to forget the memories that brought us the most happiness; looking back I would have never thought one of these memories would be the start of a new passion. It all started on my sixth birthday, my parents had brought me to the local motocross track, and this probably was a big mistake on their part. After seeing the dirt bikes flying through the air and the smell of the bikes as they had just been started, I knew this was my passion and desire to become the best motocross racer I could be. Begging for that first motorcycle everyday before my birthday. Finally the big day came, my sixth birthday, most kids would ask for a toy gun or something to play in a sand box. I decided a dirt bike was on my wishful list to mom and dad. I can remember opening up gifts inside, clothes from gram and papa, toys from family friends, and everything but that dirt bike I wanted oh so badly. Finally mom and dads gifts came, I opened them all up but wasn’t getting any hints that I had a marvelous masterpiece of machinery waiting for me somewhere, just somewhere I hoped. My parents tricked me thinking I hadn’t gotten a moms worst nightmare of a gift. But, I can tell you, It didn’t go unnoticed. After I realized opening the wrapping paper was the best thing I got to experience I made my way outside. I stepped off the deck not expecting what I was about to see; there it was, a brand new Yamaha PW 50 with all the amenities a six year old could possibly want. The bike was a pearl white that shined in the sunlight, I can remember looking at the black wheels like they were made of pure gold. The bike was just what I had been dreaming about for many, many nights. Who knew that still today, I would feel the same way receiving a new bike year after year, the experience hasn’t changed I have just learned to appreciate the endless amounts of time, and thousands of dollars my parents…

Thus with the IT systems development with the help of FedEx the entire supply chain was made more efficiently connected, with shorter lead times. Managing Collection, storage, inventory control, customs/administration, customer service support, international forwarding and air freight, delivery end to end, recording , forecasting and integrating all functions properly and thus enabling global control.
