“Who among you class know the song Bahay Kubo?”

“Okay Let us sing Bahay Kubo. Bahay Kubo ready sing .”

“Okay once again, 1, 2, 3 Bahay kubo ready sing .”

“Okay class very good! . Now get your papers and write all the plants in the song bahay kubo .”

(After some minute)

“Okay class finished or not finish, pass your papers forward.”

C. Presentation

Introduction

“Okay class what have you noticed in the song  ?”

“Yes ______ what have you noticed in the song bahay kubo  ?”

“Okay very good the song was about the plants in the nipa hut. So what do you thing is our lesson for today  ?”

“Yes _______ what do you thing is our lesson for today  ?”

“Ahaa … Any other Guess?”

“Yes _______ ?”

“Okay very good! Our lesson for today is about plants . Okay class let us give ______ A very good clap.”

“Our lesson for today is about plants and its basic parts.”

“Okay class who among you know what a simple plant looks like  ?”

(Teacher will present a picture of a plant)

“Okay this is what plant Looks Like ”

“Now class what are the basic parts of the plant?”

“Yes ______ ?”

“Okay very good the basic parts of the plant are roots, stem and leaves. Some plants bear flowers and fruits but since our time is limited, we are going to tackle firs the three basic parts only. Namely the roots, stem and leaves .”

“Okay class let us go now with the first part which is the roots.”

“Will you please read ______ ?”
(Referring on the written data on the board)

“Again what are the three main parts of the roots?”

“Yes ______ ? What are the 3 main parts of the roots?”

“Okay Very Good This is what roots Looks Like.”

(The Teacher will present a picture of a root)

“This is the primary root.”
(Pointing the primary root in the picture)

“The primary root or the tap root is larger in size and grows downward into the soil.”

“And this the secondary root.”
