Introduction
Technology has made connecting with the rest of the world more convenient. One of the more recent breakthroughs in science and technology, which has taken our world by storm, is the computer. The discovery of modern technology was the great function of modernity to make work easier, more capable, and more adaptable for the humanity. Computers are proficient tools for learning, entertainment and creativity. In today’s modern age were computer has become a way of life, it is evident that majority of the countries institution still do not adapt the high technology. We all know that modern clinics are now operating at great pace striving to serve as many patients as possible with the best of their abilities. A dental clinic is primarily devoted to diagnosis and care of patients. The degree to which the patients are satisfied with the care received is relative not only to the dentist expertise in their fields but also to the quality of the clinic management. People have become more health conscious and are taking necessary steps to ensure that their teeth are in good health that is why everyday many people come to clinics for check-ups and treatments. Computerized Santillan’s Dental Record Management and Billing System will accomplish their task easily, faster, and many reach the satisfaction of their records modern technology. The Santillan’s Dental Clinic used a manual system and unorganized system in their every transaction, and the researchers made this project to solve their problem.
Project Context
Santillan’s Dental Clinic is known for their quality service but in their manual transaction they still encounter problems when it comes to concerns of patients specially on setting appointment, storing/keeping of files, hassle searching of patient’s record and history that causing the doctor to delay the medication of the patients. The system provides a variety of features to have solution in facing the patients in non hassle way,
