Death Of A Rapist: David Parker Ray
David Parker Ray would be best described as a sadistic type of rapist. He like to instill fear into is victims by playing a tape before beginning his torture. It is also suspected that his raping often led to torture and killing his victims. In the documentary, it was estimated that he killed over 30 women and dismembered their bodies. He used a torture trailer and enjoyed inflicting pain and enjoyed inserting items he had made into them. I do believe he killed some of his victims. There are too many coincidences and witness coming forward for their not to be a least a few he murdered.
The deal that was made for his daughter and did not have to serve any jail time was absurd. Jesse Ray was guilty and defiantly proven to be an accomplice
