Brock Turner Case Summary
In the case of Brock Turner and his execrable decision to rape an unconscious woman outside a fraternity house at Stanford University is most appalling and like any crime committed the consequence should be given in order that, that particular offender might have time to reflect on what they have done. In this particular case Turner has proven that the term rape is deemed so little in the eyes of the law. Instead of receiving a six year sentence he was simply given six months in an institution.
