After viewing the video of how a 16 -year- old girl led a life of destruction. She ended up at a hotel with a man known as Kutthroat. While at the hotel they would get high and have sex. After three (3) weeks in and out of hotels, Kutthroat would bring men to the hotel room and force her to have sex with them. If she refused, Kutthroat would be physically and verbally abusive towards her. At a Sonic Drive-In, she was approached by Johnny Allen saying that he was looking for some action since Cyntoia is a prostitute. The two agreed on a price in the amount of $150.00 dollars after her asking price was $200. She talked of going to her hotel but instead, he wanted to go to his place of residence. He continued to be boisterous about how women just wanted him for his money, and how he was just looking for someone to fulfill his desire while being made love to. Johnny went on to say that he was a sharpshooter in the Army after Cyntoia told him she from Fort Campbell (living on military grounds).
