Introduction
Managers are regarded as the crucial members in any given organisations as are the one with the final say that can make or break the organisation. Cynefin framework as a knowledge management tool will be looked in detail its background and its input to the functionality of organisation. The paper strive to break down the Cynefin framework into pieces that can be easily understood and be implemented by the organisation in managing its organisational knowledge. There are five domains of Cynefin framework that will be discussed in details namely; complex (Knowable), complicated, chaotic, simple (Known) and the disorder.

This domain is motivated by the complex (theory) developed principles from the field of biological point of view. Probe-sense-respond (PSR) is the suited approach as it allow the emergent of practice in its situations. Complex domain is the strategic and pattern of organisation management as stated by Kurtz and Snowden, (2013). This kind of situation do not usually occur and it does not repeat itself.

In determining the relationship between the cause and the effect the scenario require a bunch experts to analyse or to investigation the case that has occurred. And the approach suitable for this case is sense-analyse-respond (SAR) and it is based more on the scientific research and the matrix structure of organisation as stated by Hasan and Kazlauskas, (2009).
