Over the duration of my prac, I gain understanding of the importance of inclusion and respectful relationship in the centre. I witness that when educator being inclusive to other educator and the families, the children display comfort to interact with the educators, the atmosphere of the centre feels more comfortable and relax, which strength the cooperation of the team work, and it increase the quality of relationship between educators and the children (Cologon, 2014). Inclusive practice in the centre increases everyone’s sense of belonging. The exclusion between staff members or the families build up the tenses; it has negative influence the educator’s performance, and can decrease the quality of relationship between
