Crime is a violation of any state or federal law. There are different kinds of crimes such as property crimes, victimless crimes, and crimes against society. Property crimes tend to be victimless crimes and uses no force or threat towards the victims to take property or money but can be as simple spraying graffiti or smashing mailboxes with a bat is considered a federal property crime and all the way to burglary and arson .
