Also anybody can do a crime but the failure of a person to perform an act specifically required by law.
The government structures as it applies to the criminal justice system are to try to keep everything in order and to keep everyone safe in the world. That why we have the order of people for example, a president, governors and mayors.(www.cliffsnotes.com) On the crime justice matters, the higher people have the right to appoint judges and heads of agencies, as police chiefs and directors of departments of corrections. The major components, police, court, and corrections, prevent. There are many theories that people have about the system, but the theories in the American culture are to explain this leap in observed criminality, for an example, suggested that the combination of freedoms and pent up hostilities of the socially and economically deprived worked to produce social disorganization, increased criminality. As I read I can described a criminal justice system consisting of the component agencies of police, courts, and corrections. The American legal system and the people that work for the system they constitute it have shape our legal system to make the understanding of the crime ant justice it is the primary determinants of the nature of contemporary criminal justice system. The goals of the law to are to help and protect human from bad people also to protect human rights for all and to regulate conduct so people can live in harmony. If the system did not have no rules and regulate then people would get away with a lot, because people at the end of the day people don’t care about nothing or nobody. So people need to know what they can and cannot even doe they still rape, kills, beat people and do other crimes.
In somewhat yes they do have are a system if you do the right thing and think before you act on something bad. Then on the other hand no, because people going to do what they want do even if it mean going to jail. Some people don’t do anything and just people around the wrong people. It is all kinds of things that can jack the system up like bad cops the wanted bee’s drug dealer. But all in all if people just work together and the criminal justice system would be great. 1. The CJi interactive activities show me a lot about difference type of crimes for example Bill/ rehabilitation the example shows brief incapacitation, then a focus on rehabilitation. There is some sense of deterrence here, as well, because if bill aggresses again, he will have to serve the full sentence for this crime. This was a summary I know that because he did not open any skin he just kept hitting her like she was his child. So he got some time in jail, so he can learn from what he did but if Bill does it again then he will get the full jail time or even more. 2. Carmen’s / deterrence the example shows deterrence due to incapacitation, with a strong element of incapacitation, with a strong element of retribution. The high profile nature of the case emphasizes the retribution piece, as does the anguish of the victims’ family member. This was a felony = f 1 because he kill two people and it is no getting around that in life you get what you ask for that so that they call it deterrence because he cannot get bail. He or she has to go thought the entire step such as 1.Investigation and Arrest, Booking, 2.Pretrial Activities, Preliminary Hearing, Probable Cause, 3. Trial Witness Testimony, Grand Jury. 4. Sentencing 5. Corrections, Prison. See so the more a person do the more they have to go thought.
